§ 3-1-1 DEFINITIONS.

Whenever used in this article, the terms defined in this section shall have the following meaning.

BICYCLE. Every device propelled solely by human power, upon which any person may ride, and having two tandem wheels either of which is more than 14 inches in diameter.

POLICE CHIEF. The Chief of Police or any city employee designated by the Police Chief to perform the functions described in this article.
