It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to discharge, or cause to be discharged, any toy pistol, toy gun, air gun, or any other arm or arms, or any slingshot loaded with rock or leaden, or other dangerous missiles at any time or under any circumstances within the city, except as provided in this chapter. Provided, this section shall not apply to toy cap pistols or toy cap guns. A violation of any provision of this section is a Class I violation.
