§ 13-2-7 POSTED ADVERTISEMENTS; DESTRUCTION; INJURING; INTERFERENCE WITH; PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to wrongfully and maliciously tear down, deface, or cover up any posted advertisement, or bill of any person, firm, or corporation when the same is rightfully posted and put up, and during the time such sign or advertisement shall be of value. A violation of any provision of this section is a Class II violation.
