§ 13-2-5 TREES; DESTRUCTION; INJURING; PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to willfully, maliciously, or wantonly cut down, destroy, or injure, by girdling, tapping, or otherwise, any tree not his or her own that is standing or growing for shade, ornament, or any other useful purpose within the city. A violation of any provision of this section is a Class II violation.
