§ 11-1-82 LICENSES; PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL.
   The sections in this subchapter shall apply to proceedings before and by the City Council on applications for a license to sell alcoholic liquors at retail within the city, for upgrading of a license, or for expansion or change in location of the premises, pursuant to provisions of the Nebraska Liquor Control Act, being Neb. RS 53-101 et seq.
