(A) Upon receipt of a timely written request for hearing as provided in this article, either on the subject of the refusal to grant a license or the subject of the revocation or suspension of a license, the City Manager shall set a date, time, and place for a hearing, and shall give notice to the applicant who requested the hearing. Such notice shall be given no less than seven days before the date of the hearing.
(B) Such notice shall advise the applicant:
(1) Of the date, time, and place of the hearing;
(2) That he or she may be represented by an attorney; and
(3) At the hearing, the city and the interested party may present evidence relevant to the question of whether the license should be granted or revoked ro suspended, as the case may be.
