§ 11-1-77 PUBLIC DANCES; LICENSE; REQUIRED; EXCEPTION.
   No person, shall sponsor, or permit on premises of which he or she has possession, any public dance without first obtaining therefor a license as hereinafter provided. Provided, this requirement shall not apply to any person who has an appropriate license issued pursuant to the Nebraska Liquor Control Act to sell and offer for sale at retail alcohol or beer for use or consumption on the premises; and any charitable, religious, educational, fraternal, civic, or other nonprofit organizations or associations not formed for the purpose of evading this section.
