§ 11-1-43 PERMIT; CONTENTS.

   Each carnival permit shall state the following:

   (A)   The date(s) of the carnival;

   (B)   The location of the carnival; and

   (C)   Such other information as the City Manager shall determine to be necessary or desirable in order to effect compliance with this article.
