The licensed organization shall submit written reports to the City Clerk. Each report shall cover the immediately preceding calendar quarter and shall be due not less than 30 days from the close of the preceding quarter. The report shall include a detailed financial statement of each separate session of bingo conducted under the permit for the period of the report, declared on a form which may be prescribed by the Governor of Nebraska, but which in any event shall be sufficiently detailed so that an examination thereof will permit a determination of whether the provisions of this article have been complied with. It shall be unlawful for any person to submit a false report.
