§ 10-1-7 DONATIONS TO LIBRARY; TAX EXEMPTION.
   Any person may make any donation of money, lands, or property for the benefit of the public library. The title to property so donated may be made to and shall vest in the city for the public library, and such property thereafter shall be exempt from taxation.
