§ 10-1-5 SAME; PENALTIES.
   Penalties imposed or accruing under any bylaw or regulation adopted by the City Council may be recovered in a civil action before any court having jurisdiction. Such action shall be instituted in the name of the city. This remedy shall be cumulative of that provided in § 10-1-8 of this chapter.
