Within the ten days following any change of circumstances which render obsolete any of the information submitted on an application for an alarm systems permit, the holder of the permit shall file an amendment to his or her application setting forth the currently accurate information. No additional fee shall be required, unless the change is of such character that the permit is no longer applicable to the alarm system for which the permit was issued.
