(A) Plan review fee for compliance with Fire Prevention Code shall be as follows:

$5,001 - $25,000 | $5 for the first $5,000 plus $2 each additional $5,000 or fraction thereof |
$25,001 - $50,000 | $15 for first $25,000 plus $2 each additional $5,000 or fraction thereof |
$50,001 - $100,000 | $25 for first $50,000 plus $1 each additional $5,000 or fraction thereof |
$100,000 - $200,000 | $35 for the first $100,000 plus $1 each additional $10,000 or fraction thereof |
$200,000 - or more | $50 for the first $200,000 plus $1 for each additional $10,000 or fraction thereof, except that the total fee shall not exceed $500 |
(B) This fee will include inspections by the fire official for compliance with the Fire Prevention Code.
