§ 2-1-18 WILD ANIMAL OR BIRDS.
   WILD ANIMAL OR BIRDS.
      (1)   Any crows, game animals, fur-bearing animals, game birds, and upland game birds, as defined in Neb. RS 37-101, as amended, to include any successor provision to this statute;
      (2)   Any wolf, skunk, or any member of the families Felidae and Ursidae, except the species Felis domesticus;
      (3)   Any venomous reptiles and snakes;
      (4)   Any African rock pythons, anacondas, reticulated pythons, or Burmese pythons;
      (5)   Any member of the family crocodylidae or alligatoridae;
      (6)   Any non-human members of the family primata;
      (7)   Any nongame wildlife in need of conservation as determined by the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission; or
      (8)   Any wildlife determined to be an endangered or threatened species under the Federal Endangered Species Act of 1973, being 16 U.S.C. §§ 1532 et seq. or any later act or amendment to the Act.
