§ 2-1-13.1 STRAY.
   STRAY. Any domestic animal wandering at large or lost, escaped from its proper or intended place, with no identifying name tag, rabies tag, microchip, tattoo, ear tag, brand, or any other form of identification, and therefore, for which “no owner” is known.
