§ 5-1-6 RETRANSFER OF TITLE.
   Title to a cemetery lot in respect of which a certificate of conveyance shall have been issued by the city shall be subject to retransfer in the same manner as title in fee simple to real estate generally; provided, such title shall be for the sole purpose of interment under regulations of the City Council.
