§ 4-7-16 INJUNCTIVE RELIEF; RECOMMENDATION; APPROVAL OF CITY COUNCIL.
   When the Fair Housing Commission has been unable to obtain voluntary compliance with this article, and determines it advisable, for a proper determination of a complaint, that a petition be filed by the city in the District Court seeking appropriate injunctive relief, and so recommends in writing to the City Council, the City Council may authorize the filing of such a petition in the name of the city ex rel the Fair Housing Commission. Such a recommendation by the Fair Housing Commission, if made, shall be made within 30 days after the Fair Housing Commission determines it has been unable to obtain voluntary compliance with this article.
