It shall be unlawful to coerce, intimidate, threaten, or interfere with any person in the exercise of his or her enjoyment of, or on account of his or her having exercised or enjoyed, or having aided and encouraged any other person in the exercise of, benefits and rights guaranteed by this article, or to deny to any person any rights which he or she is entitled to under the provisions of this article, or is otherwise guaranteed by this article.
