§ 4-7-14 FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS.
   After completion of an investigation and hearing, if any, the Fair Housing Commission shall make a report in writing to the City Council setting forth findings of fact and its recommendations, which report shall become a part of the official records of the city.
