§ 4-7-13 PROCEDURAL NONCOMPLIANCE; UNLAWFUL; WHEN.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, partnership, association, or corporation:
   (A)   To willfully fail or neglect to attend and testify or to answer any lawful inquiry, or to produce records, documents, or other evidence, if in his or her power to do so, in obedience to a subpoena or lawful order of the Fair Housing Commission; or
   (B)   With intent to mislead the Fair Housing Commission, to make or cause to be made any false entry or statement of tact in any complaint, report, account, record, or other documents submitted to the Fair Housing Commission pursuant to a subpoena or lawful order of the Fair Housing Commission, to willfully neglect or fail to make or cause to be made full, true, and correct entries in such reports, accounts, records, or other documents, or willfully to mutilate, alter, or by other means falsify any documentary evidence.
