§ 4-7-6 SAME; INVESTIGATION; INFORMAL PROCEDURES; VIOLATIONS; PENALTY.
   The Fair Housing Commission shall investigate the complaint and, at its next regularly scheduled meeting, determine whether probable cause exists to credit the allegations of the complaint. If the Fair Housing Commission determines probable cause does exist, it shall proceed to try to eliminate or correct the alleged discriminatory practice by informal methods of conference, conciliation, and persuasion.
