§ 4-6-39 VIOLATIONS; PENALTY.

   (A)   The following are Class II violations:

      (1)   A violation of any provision of this article;

      (2)   A failure to comply with any order of the Official or the City Manager made pursuant to this article; and

      (3)   The defacing or removal of a posted placard in violation of this article.

   (B)   Each day that such noncompliance or other violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
