§ 4-6-21 SAME; EXPENSE OF REPAIR, DEMOLITION, AND REMOVAL; PAYMENT.
   When a report and certificate of the Official and, as the case may be, a certificate of the City Manager or the designee of the City Manager shall have been filed with the City Clerk as provided in this article, the City Council may authorize payment of the expenses so certified.
