§ 4-6-16 HEARING, NOTICE, AND STAY.
   (A)   A request for a hearing as provided in this article shall stay the order of the Official. Upon receipt of a request for hearing as provided in this article, the City Manager shall set a date, time, and place for a hearing, and shall give notice to the interested party who requested the hearing. Such notice shall be given no less than seven days before the date of the hearing.
   (B)   Such notice shall:
      (1)   State the date, time, and place of the hearing;
      (2)   Advise such interested party that he or she may be represented by an attorney; and
      (3)   Advise such interested party that at the hearing the city and the interested party may present evidence relevant to the question of whether the building or structure in question is in fact unsafe, and if so, what is necessary to correct the situation and what orders should be made.
