If the Official, upon inspection by him or her or his or her duly appointed deputy, shall find a building or structure to be unsafe as defined in this article one or more violations of this article, the Official shall proceed forthwith to make such a determination in writing and enter an order to repair, vacate, or demolish the building or structure. Notice of the determination and the order, and a copy of such determination and order and shall be given to interested parties within three business days after the determination is made.
