§ 25-21-6 SATELLITE EARTH STATION; HEIGHT; EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   No satellite earth station, including the platform or structure upon which it is mounted, shall exceed in height the following restrictions, or restrictions upon the height of structures generally in the zone, whichever is the more restrictive:
      (1)   In any C-1, C-2, C-3, PBC, M-1, or M-2 District: 20 feet; or
      (2)   In any O-P, R-1, R-1a, R-4, R-6, or A District: 15 feet.
   (B)   Provided the foregoing restrictions in this section shall not apply to a commercial or public satellite earth station that is a part of, or mounted on, a communication tower.
