§ 25-21-5 SATELLITE EARTH STATION; NUMBER; EXCEPTION AND PERMIT.
   Not more than one satellite earth station may be installed on a lot or tract of land in an R District, or on two or more lots or tracts of land in such a zone which are occupied or used in common; provided, the Planning Commission may issue a special permit for installation of one or more additional such stations in a planned unit development if the Commission shall determine that technological considerations (including, but not necessarily limited to, the adequacy of signals received) reasonably require use of an additional station or stations.
