§ 25-17-2 APPEALS; NOTICE OF APPEAL; FEE.
   Notice of an appeal to the Board of Adjustment shall be filed as prescribed by the rules of the Board. The fee provided in Chapter 6, Article 6 of this code of ordinances shall be paid by the appellant (unless appellant is the city or an officer of the city) to the Development Services Director at the time of filing the notice of appeal.
