§ 25-2-140 YARD; REAR.
   YARD; REAR. A yard extending the full width of a lot, or tract of land, between the rear of the main building and the rear lot line. The depth of a required REAR YARD is measured from the nearest point of the rear lot line to the nearest point of the main building.
