§ 25-2-55.1 EMERGENCY SHELTER.
   EMERGENCY SHELTER. A residential facility operated by a government agency or by a private non-profit organization, which facility provides temporary accommodations to individuals or families who lack a fixed regular and/or adequate night-time residence.
