§ 25-2-46 FERTILIZER STORAGE AND MIXING PLANT.
   FERTILIZER STORAGE AND MIXING PLANT. A facility where fertilizer or raw materials used in the mixing or manufacturing of fertilizer are stored and the component parts are mixed to make liquid and dry fertilizers or various combinations or blends of fertilizer. FERTILIZER STORAGE AND MIXING PLANT shall not include the storage or sale of prepackaged fertilizer which does not require any mixing or blending prior to sale or distribution.
