DAY CARE. The provision of care:
(1) To children under 13 years of age to four or more children at any one time from families other than the provider’s own;
(2) Care may be provided any hour of the day, provided that any individual child may only be present for 12 hours or less per day;
(3) For compensation, either direct or indirect;
(4) On a regular basis;
(5) By a person other than their parents/guardians;
(6) In a single-family detached dwelling unit; and
(7) In full compliance with all of the applicable laws and regulations of the state pertaining to
DAY CARE whether such laws and regulations exist at the time of the passage of this chapter or are hereafter adopted.
