§ 25-2-20 CHILD CARE CENTER OR PRESCHOOL.
   CHILD CARE CENTER or PRESCHOOL. A place where care is provided:
      (1)   To four or more children under the age of 13 at any one time from families other than the provider’s own;
      (2)   Care may be provided any hour of the day, provided that any individual child may only be present for 12 hours or less per day;
      (3)   For compensation, either indirect or direct;
      (4)   On a regular basis;
      (5)   By a person other than their parents/guardians; and
      (6)   In full compliance with all of the applicable laws and regulations of the state pertaining to day care, whether such laws and regulations exist at the time of the passage of this chapter or are hereafter adopted.
