§ 25-2-15 BUILDING COVERAGE.
   BUILDING COVERAGE. The percentage of the area of a lot or other tract of land which is covered by the maximum horizontal cross-section of a building or buildings located on it. Structures, including shelters for nuclear fallout, of which no part is above the grade of the lot, are not included in building coverage.
