Any person, firm, corporation, or agency acting as principal, agent, employee, or otherwise, who fails to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class I violation, as stated in § 6-7-1 of this code, a maximum seven days imprisonment or $500 fine, or both, for each separate offense. Each day there is a violation of any part of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
