On any property on which grading or other work has been done pursuant to a permit granted under the provisions of this chapter, the permittee or owner, their agent, contractor, and employees shall, at a minimum, daily inspect, maintain, and repair all graded surfaces and erosion control facilities, drainage structures or means, and other protective devices, plantings, and ground cover installed while construction is active. After construction is complete, the owner or their agent shall continue to regularly inspect the vegetation until adequate turf establishment or other suitable vegetative cover is established.
