The permittee shall maintain records with the SWPPP under the following circumstances along with recommendations for corrective measures, if deemed necessary and appropriate:
(A) There are delays in obtaining materials, machinery, services, or manpower necessary to the implementation of the grading, or SWPPP as scheduled;
(B) There are delays in land disturbing or filling activities or soil storage;
(C) The work is not being done in conformance with the approved grading or SWPPP;
(D) There are any departures from the approved grading plan which may affect implementation of the SWPPP as scheduled;
(E) There are any delays in the implementation of the SWPPP plans; and
(F) There are any other departures from implementation of the SWPPP.
