The permittee shall fully perform and complete all of the work required according to standards approved by the city in the sequence shown on the plans within the time limit specified in the permit. Prior to the expiration of a SWPPP, the permittee may present a written request for an extension to the Development Services Department of the city. If, in the opinion of the issuing authority, an extension is warranted, a one time, no fee extension, not to exceed 90 days, may be granted. The issuing authority may authorize additional extensions not to exceed a total of one year at the rate of $75 per extension.
