§ 23-4-13 BACKFLOW PREVENTION DEVICES; INSTALLED AT CONSUMER’S EXPENSE.

Any approved backflow prevention device required by the City Manager shall be installed at a location and in a manner approved by the City Manager. The consumer, at his or her sole expense, shall obtain and install said approved backflow prevention device(s) within 30 days of notice and as directed by the City Manager.
