All premises served by the public water supply shall have installed approved hose bib (connection) vacuum breakers on all fixtures that are threaded to accept standard garden hose fittings. These include all outside sill cocks, water heater drains, utility sink faucets, and fixtures that are determined to be a potential hazard by the City Manager.
