§ 22-8-9 PRIVATE PREMISES; UNAUTHORIZED PARKING; COMPLAINTS.
   Prosecution for parking or leaving standing vehicles on private premises in violation of § 22-6-24 of this chapter shall be commenced only by a complaint in writing signed by the person in possession of the premises. The complaint shall be in a form prescribed by the City Attorney.
