§ 22-6-57 PENALTY.
   A person convicted of violating §§ 22-6-48 or 22-6-56 of this subchapter shall pay the costs of prosecution and be fined:
   (A)   Not more than $100 for the first offense;
   (B)   Not more than $200 for a second offense within a one-year period; or
   (C)   Not more than $300 for a third or subsequent offense within a one-year period.
