§ 52.01  FORMS FOR NEW CONNECTIONS; WRITTEN PERMISSION REQUIRED.
   The Town Administrator/Clerk shall have such forms printed as are necessary to give written instructions to each town employee whenever a new light, water or sewer connection is to be made. Town employees shall not make such connections without written authority from the Town Administrator/Clerk’s office.
