There is hereby adopted by reference by the Board of Commissioners for the purpose of regulating all electrical construction and materials and appliances used in connection with electrical work and the operation of all electrical apparatus within the town, including that in one-family and two-family dwellings, the most current edition of that certain code known and designated as the National Electrical Code, as recommended by the National Fire Protection Association and the NC Minimum Housing Code. Three copies of the National Electrical Code and the NC Minimum Housing Code are on file in the Town Administrator/Clerk’s office.
