The Town Clerk shall cause ballots to be printed for use in the general election for town officials in the Town of Scotland Neck, setting forth the names of each and every candidate, and for what office, who has complied with the provisions of § 1 of this Act, and no others, and such ballots shall be the only ballots used in the election of town officials, and no candidate who has failed to comply with § 1 of this Act shall be voted upon at the general election for town officials of the Town of Scotland Neck.
