(A) There shall be two paid radio operators, each of whom shall be on duty 24 hours and off 24 hours.
(B) Each operator during his or her period of duty shall remain on duty at the radio from the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on all days except Saturday, when the hours shall be from 9:00 a.m. to midnight.
