§ 19  MAP OF TOWN.
   The Commissioners of the town shall cause an accurate map of said town to be made, and upon due proof of the same made by the oath of the Mayor or before the Clerk of the Superior Court, or any justice of the peace, the same shall be registered in the office of the Register of Deeds of said county.
