§ 32.03  FIRE CHIEF AND ASSISTANT FIRE CHIEF TO HAVE POWERS OF POLICE.
   The Chief and Assistant Chief of the Fire Department are hereby vested with all the powers of a police officer in the town to make arrests within the town during the existence of any fire.
