§ 30.17  TOWN ADMINISTRATOR/CLERK TO SERVE AS TAX COLLECTOR.
   The function of Tax Collector is hereby included in the duties of the Town Administrator/Clerk. All taxes imposed or collectible by the town shall be collected by the Town Administrator/Clerk in the manner prescribed by law. The Town Administrator/Clerk shall make reports of collections to the Board of Commissioners.
