§ 30.16  APPOINTMENT OF TOWN ADMINISTRATOR/CLERK; POWERS AND DUTIES.
   The Board of Commissioners shall appoint, by a majority vote, a Town Administrator/Clerk. He or she shall have such powers and perform such duties as the Board of Commissioners may from time to time prescribe, in addition to such duties as may be prescribed by law.
